Palmdale Dream Center FAQ
The purpose of the Palmdale Dream Center is to provide quality and affordable housing for youth who may have few, if any alternatives to the cycles of residential instability, lack of education, incarceration and unemployment. tours, guest speakers from trades, and pathways for placement. In California when a foster youth reaches the age of 18 they are forced to leave their foster care system and it's supportive assistance behind.
