ACT provides academic assistance, wraparound support, career counseling, job placement help, and other resources to ensure participants are workforce-ready. The ACT Apprenticeship Readiness Academy will provide expert-led construction skills training by implementing North America Building and Trade’s renowned Multi Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) in a collaborative partnership with:
the Los Angeles/Orange County Building and Trades Council. This esteemed council will facilitate invaluable networking opportunities, which will include access to apprenticeship school tours, guest speakers from various trades, and clearly defined pathways for a multitude of placement opportunities within the industry.

Apprenticeship Readiness Academy FAQ
The Advancing Communities Together Apprenticeship Program is a construction skills training program provided by Advancing Communities Together, a California-based non-profit organization.
The program is designed to prepare individuals for apprenticeships in the construction industry by providing training in the Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) developed by the North America Building And Trade's organization. The program also provides networking opportunities for apprenticeship school tours, guest speakers from trades, and pathways for placement.
The program is a 12-week training program that includes hands-on training, classroom instruction, and job-readiness skills.
Eligibility for the program is open to individuals who are interested in pursuing careers in construction or the trades and are motivated to complete the readiness training.
