Our job training program gives individuals the skills and resources they need to succeed in the workforce. From resume building to interview preparation, we’re helping people to find meaningful employment and build a better future for themselves and their families.
Our youth education programs offer a wide range of opportunities for children and teens to learn and grow. From after-school programs to summer camps, we’re helping young people to discover their passions, develop new skills, and build a bright future.

Apprenticeship Readiness Academy
Advancing Communities Together Apprenticeship Readiness Academy trains youth in construction related to building and trades which will benefit underserved populations within the Antelope Valley area.
ETA - Elevated 2 ACT
Elevated to ACT is a mentoring and support program. Focusing on 3D "Decisions Determine Destiny" which is our group mentoring program. The concept of this program is "Building the Bridge".
Palmdale Dream Center
Palmdale Dream Center provides affordable, stable, transitional housing for young adults while they attend school, receive job training, secure sustainable employment, or are learning and practicing independent living skills.
Antelope Valley YouthBuild
Antelope Valley YouthBuild is a leadership development program that offers opportunity youth from the ages 16-29 an accredited high school diploma through our education partner Youthbuild Charter School of California.
